-How do people actually manage to pay such high fees up front if the company do not assist? I dont have the cash to pay this!

b) Staying in sharing accommodation "check dubizzle.com or Airbnb"
c) renting a furnished flat on monthly basis.
-Are options available to pay rent monthly? If so, how do I negotiate this?

-Do people suggest looking for a fully furnished apartment? I will literally have no furniture on arrival.
