I echo what others have said and would say avoid ITP. They are a lousy employer.
I knew a girl in her early 20's who came over to work for them. She landed at midnight & they forgot to meet her & she had to find her own way to the apartment that night & to the office the next day. I know she is a good writer, but after 2 weeks they decided that she was surplus to requirements, sacked her and gave her 3 days to get out of the accommodation they had provided for the first month.
Totally shabby behaviour.
