Do you guys in Dubai not have the 'holes in the wall' that we have here? I don't have a licence and my fridge is full of booze Might not be after tonight though!! lol

just go to your local spinney's and there will be an MMI or A&E shop there. go in and they will give you the form.

better off driving down to Barracuda during the weekend and stocking up. prices are 30-40 cheaper than in Dubai.

we have to go to Ajman/UAQ or RAK for licence free booze.

However i think the bars and nights out are better in Dubai. Might have to come for a beer or two sometime

spugsy, it is still worth getting your licence even if you buy from barracuda, cos if you get stopped, god forbid, then you will be done if you don't have a licence...

Easy to spend it you stock up for a few weeks. We take it in turn with friends to do a run so it all works out quite economical.

Spugsy there is one not 10 mins from the Ozzy bar, you can always get it there then go onto the quiz, if you wanted to get booze there n then you are welcome to put it in my apt where im staying 5 minutes away then pick it up on way home!
