my opinion is that the current recession is a wake up call for many that thought the gravy train would never end, the people that thought they would start saving 'next year', the people who just because they earn a few quid walk around like they are something special..
dubai has had too many of these people turn up in the last couple of years particularly. Time to swap their Karama prada for tescos shopping bags. But for many people, its almost life as usual. Hopefully the cost of a pint will come down from the pathetic 40dhs it is now.. |
