Thank you Sabi.

I will not be looking for anything until mid to late June so it might not work.

My biggest concern is commute from AR to DIFC, any idea how much time it might take in the morning rush hour?

People will tell you 25mins. I think it’s more than that these days. It was 27mins for me in 2012 (door to door in Reem).

Coming home is more the issue. 40-45 mins if you leave at the wrong time.
