I'm currently finishing my second year in training to be a primary school teacher and am hoping to move to dubai when i graduate next year. My boyfriend is a qualified fitness instructor and a pretty good rugby player so he's hoping continue playing rugby out there. Trouble is where only 20 and 22 so were quite young to be doing a step like this! does any one have any advice about places to live or advices about jobs and especially rugby as this will be a big deciding factor! will appreciate any advice!

As it says above, do a search. But in general there are loads of places to live (although it isn't super cheap), I know nothing about the fitness industry although I suspect it is growing and as for rugby he will be well catered for as it is probably the main expat sport here.

Wouldn't have thought so - Indian/Pakistani expats (kids/adults) play cricket on any spare bit of sand going - and Arab expats similarly play footie pretty much anywhere in the evening!

I played footy in Safa Park on the weekend, there was a game with us (british, danish), a game of phillipinos and a game of south americans (mainly argentinian), plus near us was a load of indian blokes playing tug of war,
