Health and otherwise.
Hi, this is a first posting, and I've run a search without much joy. my question is, I have been aproched about a possibe job in Jeddah, but I am diabetic, and my wife has mild epilepsy. Should I just say "Thanks, but no thanks"?

The private hospitals and medical centres in KSA are reasonable, some are good.
So unless they have offered you a job as a sweet taster and your wife a position in a strobe light factory I'd say why not.

Unless you want to have to keep digging into your own pockets for expensive medical care, you will need to ensure that the medical insurance offered by your new employer is on the basis of 'Medical History Disregarded'.

Even 25 years ago the private clinics in Riyadh were excellent. Just make sure the conditions are covered by the insurance to be provided for by your employer.
