but no one can answer these questions for you.
No one here knows why you want to work for this particular company, nor do we know what your ambitions or greatest acheivements are !
just answer the questions honestly

1. Why should we employ you?
Ans. Any one can win this chance but about me I would say that I am one of the company establishers which have been working in telecommunication since 2001 which is around approximately 5 years in different type of positions in sales and customer care which made me dealing with customers, technical, IT Billing, Switch etc... which made me aware what is there and what type of fraud can happen. Also after joining the fraud & revenue assurance team since the beginning of it which makes me one of the establishers of this unit which we were trained by MDS of systems used also by IT Billing, Switch, VAS Technical etc... of everything it is all about.
2. What value will you add to the job?
Ans. The value that I would to the job is that I would work out heard with my other team members and investigate in everything together and prepare cases of each single cases that would be considered as fraud.
3. What contributions could you make to the organization?
Ans.
4. Why do you want to work for us?
Ans. I want to work for you cause I want to establish the company like how I have done for my previous company.
5. What do you know about us?
Ans. I know that your second competitor telecommunication company.

Adil,
Do a google search and you might get an idea of 'typical' answers to your questions. Please do not attempt to learn them by rote. Once you have get an idea of the responses, see whether the response really applies to you - whatever you do, be truthful at the interview.
Try and find out more about the person(s) (and also the company) that is interviewing you.
What position have you applied for? Is English an essential requirement ?
Good luck.
