How on earth is that ambulance supposed to get through. Hope it wasn't a genuine emergency. If so, maybe the victim's family should sue the Prophet Mohammed.

I think those photos are phenomenal. It's just amazing to see so many people. I hope each individual gets from that journey what they were hoping for.

Many of us are equally as critical of "Western" religion as we are of any other: you show me pictures of the cheering throngs clearly idolising the Pope and I'd have a few words (or at least thoughts) to say about that. A grown-up response can take many forms, including poking fun. Equally, a grown-up perspective includes accepting comments--both critical and supportive--and trying to understand others' viewpoints. |
