GP in UAE

GP in UAE
I will be moving out to Abu Dhabi soon with my husband - I trained in England and I have recently qualified as a GP. Can I work in the UAE or do I have to take more exams to be able to practice? Thank you!

you can work but you will have to take the Ministry of Health tests, my friend a Surgeon and he had to take them as well, said they were 1st year student stuff, very easy. Good luck.

Thanks for that - I've had a quick look on the Ministry of Health website and can't find any information about it - would you know where I can find out more?

no idea, sorry. Once you secure a position the clinic will sort it out for you. I don't think you do it before securing a job? does that make sense?
