hahah discounts nope. heard that yas links 40k, cant remember what they put the price up for AD Golf club, we didnt rejoin when they put them up to nearer the 30k mark some 2 years ago. now that you have a choice of 3 courses, then my hubs just pay as you go, otherwise you are stuck! also the fact that when the AD Golf club decided to build houses on the 9 holes of the garden course i wasnt impressed, considering the houses could have been built on the sand outside, they spent 10 years for the green stuff to mature before they opened it and then a big yellow bulldozer just completed levelled it.

look for eggs they also play all the courses around the uae, also you join the pga thingy and you get discounts too.

Your best bet may be to join Emirates Golf Federation ( http://www.emiratesgolffederation.com/). Discount on all courses, plus handicap comp's etc..

Joining a club out here ranks up with joining a Jap one.....!!!

also St George's Society and Lighthouse Club (Family) have golf societies. Good if you are English and in the Construction industry.
