yeah he's paying for the plumbing, also putting the bath in and painting a few rooms and a total clean up, it seems almost too good to be true, thats what slightly worries me....

Don't worry so much. We live in a lovely 3 bedroom villa in Garhoud and pay only AED75K so there are some decent landlords around.
