Default Ford Service Centre (Al Quoz)

I have to pick up a rental car tomorrow but after 30 minutes googling I can not find a map of the Ford Service Centre in Al Quoz. Does anyone know where it is or a nearby landmark? Many thanks.

PS They're not answering their phones to get directions.

Shows both the Showroom (and service centre), and the Body Shop (which is a right pain to find otherwise).

Thanks..so the showroom and service centre are in the same building (i.e., the showroom building)?

Yep, it's where I get my car serviced.

Yes, it was located where people get their car serviced at the Al Tayer showroom. The car hire desk is at the opposite end from the Customers Waiting Room...you walk from the customer waiting room, pass by the car repair/servicing bays, and the car hire desk is at the back of the garage building.

Shame on the car hire companies (most of them) for not providing a map or directions to this car pick-up point on their internet sites.

Also got back to my tower to find that someone has nicked my underground parking place.

- You don't live in my tower, do you? That happens to me daily!! Short of putting something like a bin in my spot (because most people are too lazy to get out and move it) I'm daily hunting for another space and leaving nice thank you letters on their screen

If they like your parking space so much why don't you just superglue their tyres to the ground? And then let the air out - this would have to be done one tyre at a time to ensure maximum adhesive potential.

A bit drastic possibly, and it may result in your parking space being occupied a bit longer than you'd want but perhaps worth it?

Well Emaar tell you to phone the police and not use building security. It seems a waste of police time to be called out for minor parking spot issues, so I contacted the tower security who were very helpful. Got my spot back (which I own).

'Twas a Saudi guy that collects cars and who has been taking over people's parking spots with his collection !
