Football in Abu Dhabi?
Hi Folks
I just had a friend ask if there's anywhere he can play footie in Abu Dhabi.
He's on the island and basically wants to join a club formally or informally to stretch his legs.
Suggestions would be appreciated.

they play football at al ghazal, not sure what day, but it used to be on a tuesday.

no help whatsoever I suspect, but the Dubai Amateur Football League have just announced their big summer 7 a side tournament, starts end of May

...since we have a lot more than two people in regular attendance I won't bother defending myself except to say one of the people in the group was asking about football hence my post here.N.
