SO MUCH for Qatar Airways being good! Their reservations department are utter clowns.
I made a booking with them online on Monday, then changed my mind and decided to go with Emirates for a more direct and convenient flight, so I rang up and cancelled the next day, as instructed (there is no cancellation facilitiy online). Lo and behold, my credit card has been charged. So I rang them today and they told me I have to go to their office in Deira in person, and then they will refund my in 2 WEEKS! :curse:
