Default Flats in Riyadh

I have been offered a job in Riyadh on a permanent basis. The office is located near As Sulimaniyah, Riyadh 12234
Could someone suggest 2 bedroom apartment near this area. Ideally walking or cycling distance

Initially I will be coming on a business visa. What would be the challenges of living long term on a business visa in KSA Will I be able to travel to Makkah or Medina for a long weekend

Cycling!! Are you f***ING crazy?

Re your other point the problem with no Iqama is that it makes everything a lot harder to do, and leaves you no legal recourse if things go wrong with your job.

Presuming you're Muslim if you ask about Mecca Medinah etc. Yes, no problem.

If you're not then Mecca is a no no completely, but you can go to everywhere in Medinah apart from the Al Haram area. I visited myself a couple of years ago and it's fairly obvious where you can and can't be.
