English lessons?

English lessons?
Hi all,
We will have a full time nanny living with us and we would like to pay her English lessons so (a) she can get something useful from her stay in Dubai, (b) Meet people her age and make friends.
So I am looking for recommendations of a place where she could take English lessons after 6pm with people in their 20s.
Cheers,
PS: We will let our nanny to use our pool

Ho, you're right there. Give the beatch the stick and ram the carrot where it fits. That's the way to do it, Mr Punch....

Our nanny is the cousin of one of my best friend. She will take care of our daughter while we work. She will not cook or clean as we will do that all together.
Anyway... recommendations any one?

Klaus, Ignore those reprobates. They are only jealous that you have someone you can trust with your children, sad people.
Now, as to language lessons, I'm actually putting together a group of young adults around the 20 something. Can you please post a picture of your nanny and her vital statistics and I'll let you know if she qualifies.....
hehehehe

Re: English lessons?
If you are employed by a hotel or resort anywhere in the world, are you allowed to use the recreational facilities in your free time? No, you are not, as you are not a paying hotel guest or club member, you are an EMPLOYEE.
Do you pay a member of your family to clean your toilet or cook your food? No, you most probably do not (and let us not talk about diamonds for the wife...that is yet another thread... )
So...what do you want your nanny to do? Act like your sister who you pay to babysit your kid? Well, then she has the right to say "you know what, I do not want to babysit today...I want to go out with my friends".....so, what will YOU say then? You see, you had planned to go out with the missus.....
See, this is what happens if and when newbies want to make employees into family members and then bitch if they behave as such.....spare yourself and the poor girl the trouble and treat her as what she is hired for...and employee.

ok, without being sarcastic here...or speaking from experience, I want to ask you this :

Yes, she is an employee... and as an employee she is paid in $$$$ and in kind.... like free courses and trips. That is all part of the deal and we are happy with it... so save yourself the pain of your comments when you know NOTHING about the arrangement. I am very careful with the people employee in my job, and much more at home.
BTW, have you ever heard about au pairs? It is a concept that has been around for quite a long time... young people take the pain of taking care of babies/kids to have some pocket money, visit other places and learn a language.
