how do I find out how much I owe? Do I get sent a bill?

The landlord sorted out our DEWA for us before we moved in, so not sure how we check or pay the bill,

Ask the landlord for a receipt/old bill?

If it's not paid after around 2-3 months they will likely cut it off.

Anyone know why they have only been billing for electricity so far?? I suspect i'll get a massive water bill at some point! Or is electric monthly and water quarterly?

Arem't the DEWA numbers above the doors on a little plate? They are in my building.

have a look outside your door and you should find a long digit on a plate. If the account has been transferred in to your name you can register online and pay your bill.
