no they still have a long way to fall to get back to some more normal figures, they were happy with 70k for a villa in jumeriah not that long ago and 120 was the norm in abu dhabi

nah you have 10% that would get smaller and smaller so theorectically if a place cost 5AED the 10% drop would only be 5fils
