Default Dubai Marina apartments 1 Bed suggestions

Hi
I am moving to Dubai at the beginning of next month.

Looking for some reviews of apartments in the Marina, specifically from Marina Mall and North, ie Marina Walk and then the super tall ones near Tamarin and Westin.

I will be looking for a one bedroom with either sea or marina view so if anyone has anything good, bad or ugly to say about their apartments. Size, location, view, swimming pool (including if it gets the sun or not) whether the chiller is included etc then please feel free to comment on this post.

Thank you

I lived very happily in Sulafa Tower for a year-and-a-half, in a 3-bed although the 1-beds looked quite spacious. Well-built, well-maintained, good gym, average pool, excellent access to SZR, not too many knobheads. Can't recall the amount of sun, was rarely there during daylight hours. View from mine wasn't great, but other flats probably had a great view. Was by far the best tower of the several I looked at.

There are some 1 beds in Botanica (a bit boxy, but nice) and Ocean View (a little bit tired) next door.

These have the advantage that you can walk straight onto JBR Walk but don't get stuck in the traffic as much, as you can drive straight out. I live in next one along and very happy with it, though no one beds here.

For the best pool you are probably looking at Park Island - infinity pool area looks directly over Marina and gets sun all morning. Large selection of 1 beds available although prices can get high. No chiller fees.

Hi

I am currently looking at the two new apartments in Dubai marina: sukoon and bunyan. I know bunyan gets sun all day but how many hours of sun does sukoon get? What time is it shaded at in the day?

Thanks

The pool will be in sun from early morning until about midday/early afternoon

Buy LightTrac app. And remember that the sun sets and rises at different positions through the year.
