Default Dubai entry?

So I'm looking at places to meet my family with the least complications and Dubai is coming up as an option. I've looked at stuff online but want to check a few things.

Firstly, Dubai is open to all nationalities with no quarantine on arrival?

I read that British get 30 days on arrival?

Thais get 14 days with an e-visa in advance?

And any up to date info about testing etc would be good.

My main query is the no quarantine really. Anything else can be worked around.

I think* that you get tested on arrival and quarantine until you get the negative result (which I think you'll need a negative test to fly to the UAE anyway). So expect a day or two quarantined, then you can enjoy your holibobs.

*Most airlines will tell you what you need, if not I'm sure there's up to date info out there.

Cheers. The Emirates website is pretty detailed.
