our goal is to move abroad to UAE/ SA and the most difficult part so far appears to be finding a suitable job.

Is there anyone who could refer a good recruiter/ head hunter who facilitates the job search ideally within financial services?

Are you on LinkedIn ? If so make sure your profile is up to date. Lots of roles on there. Either companies themselves will post roles or recruiting companies will seek candidates from there.

Do you mean KSA, as in Saudi (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) or South Africa?

You haven't said what you do and that makes a huge difference. Un or low skilled jobs are largely taken by people from Asia who will work for a lot less than Western expats.

People are hired to be critical, or not. KSA is not a fun posting, how's your mental health?
