My house is never dry...the wonders of a booze license and gainful employment combined with a social circle cannot be underestimated.

So do the bars open from midday on Thursday or midday friday? I miss my afternoon beer!

It is NOT dry after Ramadan...if they call the end of Ramadan tonight...which is expected, Oman already called it last night, then tomorrow the bars and restaurants will be open and serving as normal from noon.
