Default Driving offences on UK license

Please help, i have recently been convicted of driving without insurance (long story but my insurance company just cancelled my insurance without telling me), i am moving out to AD in Sept, will this affect me getting a job or getting a D license?? After all, it is a criminal conviction in terms of driving.

No, you'll get a UAE licence no probs. You just need your pink UK cardy thing...

Odd way of doing it.
