Doha - Qatar
Hi Guys
Does anyone know, approx, how much a good decent size three bedroom villa to rent in Doha would cost?
I've been asked by my company to investigate, because they reckon that one of my colleagues who's working out there, is taking the piss on the rent that he's paying

It seems it's the Landlords at the micturation extraction mainly.
If your next promotion depends on it you could always google rental prices in Doha-or have your PA do it

To be honest I wish I wasn't put in such a position, but I have been asked by the 'powers that be'
My colleague who's working out there was paying QAR 8,500 p/m up until June, and then his rent suddenly went up to QAR 15k p/m and hence the raised eyebrows back at HQ in the UK.
i've tried googling but no such luck

Ah well, if you can't find the answer on Google sell your ass/soul to the Management. Your 'colleague' will love ya for it.

Many people lose their houses, because they get a rent allowance from their employer, when the landlord raises it, the companies don't raise the allowance...pretty bad situation for some people over here.
