Is a Degree needed?
Hi,
Do you need a degree to work in Dubai? My partner has had a job offer without one but has not accepted it as is holding out for another job offer...
There seems to be delay with this and i wonder if it is because he doesnt have a degree...they knew this but now seem worried about getting him a visa....he has good experience and has had no trouble getting interviews.
I smell a rat

Not necessarily but also it depends on the job?

I can only say from personal experience that I just accepted a very good investor relations and PR job in Dubai and I don't have a degree.
