Crank call - whom to report?

Crank call - whom to report?
I saw two missed calls on my mobile - so called the number thinking it was someone answering my advert for a maid. The creep asks me if I "got his message" Didn't register, so asked him whether his wife wanted a job as a housemaid - he said no but he "wants to talk to me". I disconnected immediately and checked my message:
good after noon sweet if u allowd I want to talk to u please give me answer
Told my husband who then called and give him a piece of his mind and threatened to have him arrested. He apologised, said very sorry 'sar' blah...blah...
Just wondering whether I should report him and if so to whom?

The other thing you can do is have that particular number blocked. It is very un-nerving but 99.99999 per cent of these calls are just eejits who think its funny. Get a big fog horn and blow it down the phone it will hurt his ear a bit but he wont do it again. Good Luck

buy yourself a shrill, high pitched whistle and blow it down the phone each time he calls. wear ear-plugs first.

- called them and asked them to turn up at the station.The CID officer was screaming at them and told them if they didn't report in the next 30 minutes they would be in serious trouble. Anyway I left after that -I think they're both cooling their heels in the lock-up now and will think a million times before calling another lady seeking a "special friendship"

I had about 25 missed calls on my mobile - no I didn't threaten them with the police but actually went to the Al Rifa Police station and filed a complaint against both callers.
