that one bed flat is probably falling to bits though... walk into an agent and ask for a place for 800 a month by yourself that isn't a studio and they'll laugh at you. i live just outside zone 6 and even here a one bedroom shoe box is about 750 a month

two beds in my building have gone up from 85k to 130k in just over a year :thumbdown:

My Sister went to Ensham... (god it's a long time since i hard Ensham):) Yes it's closed and one part has become apartments and the other part Professional centre for teachers....
