Cheap last minute flights from Dubai?!?
I'm switching jobs, and now I unexpectedly have next week off...
I'd like to take a quick trip somewhere, and, considering I've haven't seen much of the MENA region, I'm pretty flexible on where to go.
In short, is there a site where I can find last-minute discounted rates from Dubai?
Otherwise, do you have a sense of where would be cheaper to fly, or names of discount airlines?
I'm thinking Beirut, Egypt, Turkey, etc.

GRR! The taxes and surcharges are more expensive than the flights?!?
Still its a good deal, but I wasn't expecting 300 AED in fees on a 220 AED flight?!?
never flown Chav-class in/from the UK/Eur then?

Petra: Would recommend a full week flitting around Jordan or a full Petra, Dead Sea three day weekend. Amazing too...
Katmandu...beautiful place, tonnes of tourists though and a bit more boozy than spiritual

Go to Salalah post-Khareef during the festival - amazing. Rent a 4x4 and go crashing around. was thinking of taking a week off and driving down!!!!!!!!!
