Its a separate company/package, just like Showtime and Orbit..ie yet another one.
You can subscribe to them directly through ART or through e-vision etc (Etislat cable TV). Not sure if we are allowed to post tel numbers here, but I can give you one if needed as I renewed recently.
The fragmented nature of the satellite TV market out here makes me long for that nice Mr. Murdoch's lovely monopoly back home...!
