Not lazy just very busy.

There's one in the Times Square shopping centre (yellow hat maybe?). There is a shop just inside the main entrance but they have a proper valet area in the basement. I've never had it done before so I don't know how good they are.

the garage next to the french bakery at what was defence roundabout will strip the interior of your car, remove seats, carpets etc and steam clean them all for about 500 aed. expensive but an incredible valet

I want some for my pajero but they are pretty expensive from the main dealer

For Dh130 they do a wash, hand wax. As well as hoovering and buffing up the interior.
