Best place for card ads in Riyadh is expatriates.com - classifieds and community for expatriates. Go to Riyadh section, Vehicles for Sale and take it from there. Free to post.
Also look at the various other Facebook Groups in Riyadh that are classified ads:

Household and electronics Items for Sale in Riyadh
Bear in mind though that the used car market in KSA has plummeted in the last few months, so prices have reduced drastically.
