I'm trying to remember where we got our camping gear but it was all from Muscat when we lived there. There used to be a camping shop in Jumeirah on the left side as you went towards the J-beach hotel in a petrol station forecourt.
Hmmmm- can't remember.

carrefour, cot bed in camping section 70 dhs. bloody comfy they are too

I was gonna say Carrefour or Geant. I got one from Carrefour for a particularly smelly guest.

Mate just moved into our maids room......bought a lilo for 3 dhs....lasted a couple of nights until he popped it....then moved up to a 30dhs airbed.
The lad swears by it.
