Default Re: British Consulate Dubai - No Courier Return Service Nightmare

If I apply directly to the UK for little ones passport without her UK registered birth certificate (using her UAE english one instead) will I face any other issues that anyone knows or, or anyone taken this route before?
Congratulations on your little bundle of joy.

You don't need the registered birth certificate to apply for a passport. I have recently went through the process myself and I received the passport within 10 working days.

To apply for a passport you can use the UAE hospital issued certificate.
However, ministry of health and the ministry of foreign affairs must attest it.

What you need to submit:
Application form
Credit card form
Your full birth certificate
Your wife’s birth certificate
Your daughter’s birth certificate (English & Arabic)

All the best,
Brook.
