Yep, I'd go along with Round Table too, but, as you say, it's a totally different animal.

PizzaExpress aren't bad either, a bit expensive and small, but not bad at all.

Best one I have ever ever has is the new place at the bottom of al diyafah street, can't remember name of it though, just down from baskin robbins. Fantastic and cheap! they deliver in the satwa area but haven't got up to new dubai yet.

We used to like the place on the bottom floor of the hotel with Cactus Cantina at the top, though it's been so long that I can't remember the name of it!
Round Table was our absolute favourite for delivery- especially the parmesan bread with the ranch sauce!
We were in Downtown or Uptown or whatever in Mirdiff a couple of weeks ago and saw a South African chain which is supposed to be good but is apparently crap- what's the dealio with them?

The place at the end of Marina Walk is OK as well.

"smoked chiken pizza"...here we are again...can't bother twice in a month, explaining food to Brits is like "dui niu tan qin", ancient Chinese wisdom.

"Pizza express" for a quick treat,
"La bussola",Mina Seyahi for a good pizza.
Out of here for a real one.

Hint: some cooked dough with some kind of topping is not "pizza", is my idea of a kid's meal.

Just picture me doing the kidney pie with some pineapple inside, "the real hawayian taste"!

And what do you know, you're italian for christ's sake. You know nothing about pizzas, it's a bit like a Chinese bloke saying how crap chow mein is!!
