Hello - In Bahrain, they broadcast BBC world service radio on 101FM. Is there anything similar in Riyadh, which would allow me to listen while driving?

None that I've found so far .. unless you are near the US base on the kharj road towards industrial city 2 then you can pick up 3 AFN radio stations but you tend to lose signal a couple of miles in either direction.

There is only a dull US channel on fm. Tune in radio is a great app a d Bluetooth it to your radio.

I leave it on via an iPad all day at home for the dog!

I use R1 to sleep to here at home. Can't imagine voluntarily listening to it whilst conscious.

You can listen to thousands of stations via the Internet. Can't you do that on some fancy iPad device ?

Of course some of us prefer tuning in to 2LO with our crystal sets.
