Default Bahrain Rental Query

Hi Guys,

Just a short question related to a pending move to Bahrain. What is the most practical way to go about looking for rent? Can anyone recommend an agent?
Is the gulf news site the standard starting point / are they reliable / efficent?

Many Thanks

Daniel

The local paper here is the Gulf Daily News (www.gulf-daily-news.com) and they have a classified section there. My advice would be to go into a serviced apartment on arrival and check out which area best suits your needs and have a drive around yourself. If this sounds like too much hassle, there are so many agents around now, also in the GDN, it won't be hard to find somewhere.

Good advice..........

For an idea - have a look at Cluttons and Century 21 websites under Bahrain rental - you'll get a rough picture, but there are many, many more agencies.
