Default Astro Balcony

Anyone astro-turfed their balcony before?

Worth it?
Cleaning it a hassle?

Can't decide if it's a shit, good or great idea.

It's happened already. I bought kitchen scales yesterday so I can start measuring food portions.

But the astro thing just seems nicer than tiles for the main balcony.

Good man. Track your macros too and watch the weight fall away... Aim for: 40% carb, 40% protein, 20% fat. Hard to do and to meet your calorie needs you'll be eating 4 large meals a day on those macros.

Screw the fake grass, line the balcony with a pond liner and turn it into a pool.

I can see no issues with using your glass balcony as a retaining wall.

Me either - I'm also sure the balcony is also good for about 20 tonnes of water.

My lunch salad was 53 / 32 / 15 so slightly the wrong way round for the front two....but I've been working on getting to 35 / 40 / 25 but 40/40/20 makes easier maths.

I hadn't thought of this...maybe because I have ash trays but it's a good point.

Our building would go up like a tinder box anyway with the extra-flammable cladding installed.

I'll pass on this idea.

The pool is looking less like a bad idea the more it is compared to other options. Frankly, you’d be doing the other owners a favour my installing it.
