Smile Apartment on Palm Jumeriah

Hi Guys. Any experts out there, or renters?Does anyone out there have an idea on what the the rental would be for a 1 bed/2 bath apt of 1,357 ft
or 126m2 Fairmont Residence on the trunk of the Palm Jumeriah ? I only complete at the end of the 2008 but I am sure there must be someone that has an idea. I think I should go for furnished short term rental initially.Advice plse...

Hello belbest, lots of bods are on local holiday so site a bit quiet at moment might get busier later in evening. You may want to google Dubai property rental sites ie Better Homes etc and see if any meet your location etc, a year in the property market in Dubai is a long time and anything could happen, rents go up or down so very hard to answer this question.

I agree PTP, its a little early to know what rent would be the norm a year from now...
