Hello. First post here so sorry it's a common subject.

I need to find an "appropriate, safe, secure compound" in Riyadh. It's just me so a one bed apartment or a studio would suffice.

Through rightcompound.com I have viewed Rihab Pearl, Rayhannah Oasis, Green Diamond, Al Malga, Yamami, Diriyah Hills, Al Jawahra, FAL, Ishbilia... The thing I am noticing is that there are no Westerners at these "Western Compounds"

My budget is around SAR 100k so unfortunately Al Nakhla, California etc are out of the question. Any suggestions on where the young Western professionals live?

Sorry "No Westerners" is a bit of an exaggeration, I should have written "not many Westerners". Just a general observation after being shown around by the compound staff.

You will find that ratio in most compounds......

You could probably get a small place on Seder Village for around 100k. They have some nice new builds , one bed, around 100k mark, but to get the best prices, they usually want the whole payment up front.

For that price, you should also get something at Reem Compound, might be able to get something at Kingdom also. Most compounds now have good availability, but the ratio of Westerners has dwindled a lot the last couple of years.
