Another dumb question!
While I’m doing my probationary period (3 months), is it possible for my wife to come over for a visit for upto a month? I’ll be based in Khobar, KSA.

No. The only way she could visit is if your company was to invite her on a business visa The 3 month probationary period is irreirrelevantrst need to get you Iqama and then you can sponsponsor resident permit.

Some employers do the 3 month probation. Some do not. It is at the discretion of the employer. Ditto with bringing your wife over.
