Al Waha - KSA Compound Query

Following on from my last thread I've now been advised that the above compound is where I'll be based.
Does anyone have any experience of this compound?

got the shits from the restaurant there....its ok but way overpriced. The accomodation is tiny and its overall a bit tired looking.
