They are giving heavy discounts due to demand being lower than expected. 270k SAR for a 3 bed villa quoted on the phone (down from 350k 18 months ago) and you can probably negotiate lower.

We are not running a customer satisfaction here. This thread is to discuss customer/residents opinion about the place where they live. We know that residents are facing issues daily and this thread is their voice to the compound management and to other expatriates who are looking for a place to live in Riyadh.
