Have you tried to advertise in your compound notice boards or newsletter. Maybe even pass it on to some friends on other compounds that could have it advertised in the same way.

PS - What type of job are you trying to fill? I am looking to find work and I could possibly apply if I meet the requirements.

I don't actually live there which is why I am struggling to advertise in the right places. It is relocation consultancy work, helping new people coming in to settle. If you could help in any way I would be grateful or if you are interested yourself even better.
