Re: ADNOC - process steps in recruitment

Hello everyone,

I was recently interviewed by ADNOC and within few days received a "Congratulations" email. They sent me an offer after 25 days, which was OK to me and I accepted the offer. Are they going to send me a formal offer letter for signing or will they proceed with the security clearances?

Not very much clear with the entire recruitment process. Looking at the recent posts, I assume that it is a lengthy one.

Hi,
All documents were collected through an online link much before sending the draft offer.

Thanks!

I have applied up to 6 positions so far , and most of them are rejected with ' considered for future positions' however recently I noticed one position I applied for has turned to 'in process'. Does this give some sort of hope being shortlisted for the role?

Hey! Just curious, but did your status change to ín process' result in an interview?

Unable to get approvals.

Has anyone in this group has experience this that approvals were not received. recently I have heard that they are panicking due to Oil Price and budget etc.
Can anyone lend some insight into if the approvals are not received what does it mean.

Regrds.

How did you find out about that - did your HR contact tell you or was there an auto notification somewhere?
Have heard something similar re: budget, but only seems to apply to specific roles / business functions

I still need to provide attested certificates + result of medical assessment once completed. Apparently govt approvals process started in parallel a couple of weeks ago

Hi Kindergarten,

How did u know that govt approval process has started? Did you get any email/notification for this? I have already accepted the offer 3 weeks back but did not get any updates after that.

Thanks!

I had an intro call with onboarding after accepting and they told me they would start the approval process that afternoon itself - must have been 3 weeks ago as well. Mentioned something about background checks + security clearance & other govt approvals
Have you provided everything they asked for already? i.e. on the medical, certificates, etc. I suspect I might be holding up the process a bit since I haven't provided all the docs yet

In my case, all the documents (Identity form, attested certificate, conflict of interest, passport copy etc.) except medical were collected before sending the draft offer. After few days, they sent me the draft offer (with salary breakdown) which I accepted. After that, I did not get any update.
Did u sign any offer letter or it was just the draft offer, to which you agreed? What were the steps involved before the starting security checks?

No interviews so far. Status changed in May as a result of submitting the application in March.

No further updates since then.

Hello Everyone,

Hope all is well

I got an interview on teams with ADNOC through recommendation on August 5th 2024, which i think went went well.

HR said to me after the interview they will get back to me after 2 weeks to let me know about their decision (but didn’t) I sent a follow up email but no reply and when i called the HR office after a month they said they are still finallizing everything and thell get back to me.

its been exactly 2 month today and i know their process takes time.

but will they at least notify me if i wasnt chosen ?
And how long more do you think this will take if i was selected ? I havent got no congratulations email or anything yet

Appreciate your response

Hi akunwar
Helpful note. Where do the certificates need to be attested from? Also the identify form seems to be for people who are based in the Middle East?

thanks

Rafey
