For a mid/senior level investments role in HQ
They reached out end June and we managed to get through a couple of conversations first week of July (I also happened to be in Abu Dhabi over 4-6 July which was convenient) - quite informal

It probably depends on who your HR contact is - some have a tendency to operate much slower than others. Also, since it's summer period and less than 4 weeks since you interviewed it might take a little bit more time before they get back to you

Took a few weeks but the offer letter finally came through - similar construct to what others have said in the past, but imagine there's a fair bit of admin to get done now:
- Basic + supplemental + market premium + housing financial assistance is the headline quote
- Interest free car loan up to 150k AED + furniture allowance available at the end of probation period (?) - wonder if they reimburse your expenditure if you pay for furniture up front
- 30 days paid annual leave (excluding public holidays, which are usually an extra 10-12 days per year)
- Annual air tickets back home (1 set per year) - again, wonder if it's possible to negotiate for business return or for an extra set of tickets per year?
- Medical insurance, end of service benefits, etc. as per policy

Does anyone know how long does it take for the Approvals to come in after the Offer has been singed.

I have accepted but not yet signed, waiting for final form of letter. I was told that the approvals process could take anywhere between 2-4 months in total - significantly quicker than it was a few years ago

Mine says "In Process". I should be handed over to the onboarding team once the initial paperwork is complete

Noted KindergartenKlopp9655 .That means they do not necessarily update the portal status for all.
All the best.

Re: ADNOC - process steps in recruitment

My portal access is down now, but was passed over to the onboarding team and things will be handled directly on email / messaging.
Apparently all approvals and onboarding requirements work in parallel. Have been asked to get my education certificates attested and take care of the medical forms / assessments in the UK, both of which will probably take a few weeks

Re: ADNOC - process steps in recruitment

Hi everyone,

I wanted to extend my gratitude to all of you for this fantastic thread!

I recently applied for the Senior Technician position with ADNOC Offshore. I completed the technical interview in May 2024 and received an email in August 2024 informing me that I passed the interview. They requested that I submit an updated CV, a copy of my passport, a passport photo, attested certificates, and an experience certificate, which I provided the next day. However, I haven’t heard back since then.

I have a few questions:
  1. Could there be another interview, possibly with HR?
  2. How long might it take to receive an offer?
  3. What is the typical salary range for a Senior Technician position with ADNOC?
Thanks in advance for your help!
