I'm starting a new job in Kuweit city in september, and I'm looking for an accomodation in Kuweit not far from Mansouriah.

I'm 25 and french.
I'm looking for female roomates.

I don't think there are many on here from Kuwait so you might be best to check on other sites dedicated to Kuwait - try a google search and see what comes up.

I have lived in Kuwait, however, I cannot for the life of me remember which area I lived in for my short stint.

To be honest, it is pretty similar to here in that you contact an agent and then go and view some apartments. My company covered my rent so I wasn't concerned and took no notice of this.

I am not sure how lucky you are goig to be getting a shared room as just getting out and meeting people (westerners) is a bit of a mission. Generally the people I hung about with were older than me and over there with there wife and kids. I spend A LOT of time parked up and reading on the beach, running and mall walking. There are some activities you can get into hashs, sailing (went a few times) but that is about it.

If you have been offered a job why don't you contact them and ask about this as doing it from abroad will make it an uber mission.

All that said, I quite enjoyed my time in Kuwait. Great enforced detox - not totally but it gives you the oppourtunity to get your life in order - wealth, health and general life.

I was only there for 6 months tho before I made a break to Dubai tho.

Do you have any ideas where or which agencies I should contact for a flat there?
Do you recommend any sites?
