Accomodation in Dubai - Info wanted
Hi People,
New to this group so apologies if this covers old ground.
Am moving to Dubai next month and have no contacts there.
Am not sure yet what i'm going to do about accomodation, i am given a (smallish) allowance but may prefer the old house-share route (if this exists in Dubai?)
Where would i find ads for places to rent, local newspapers? Are there any websites with these sort of adverts i could look at in advance?
Typically, how much would rent be for a nice 1bed / 2bed apartment if i went into one on my own and how available are they?
Ultimately, if i decide to buy there, any pros / cons? How much to buy the same sort of apartment mentioned above?
Finally, whats the life like out there
