So I've began looking for places now and ideally in the area stated above
Anyone got any good recommendations for me regards agents or compounds i should be looking at/avoiding
Ive been to a few of my friends and was pretty surprised they where paying 10500 for something so small then I've been to 4 beds that are huge for the same price
Im looking at about 12/12500 max thats including bills and ideally unfurnished although ill take white goods if its the right place. Must have A/C though..If i can get a great place for less though that would be even better thats just the highest end of my budget
Any numbers or ideas would be greatly appreciated

There is a brand new compound right next to Carrefour on Messaimer Rd (Abu Hamour) - they are doing 4 beds of a reasonable size for about 13k a month.
