Smile 3 bedroom House to share in a Western Compound in Riyadh

Hi All,

I am a telecom consultant from the UK living in a western compound in Riyadh. I have a 3 bedroom house with a lovely garden.

The house has a reasonably big lounge, big kitchen, laundry room, and 3 bedrooms with a large garden. I have my own driveway big enough for 2 SUV's.

I am looking to share the house with one person only (no families please) initially for 2 months from 26 sep 2009. I will need the house in december for a month as my mom is coming to visit me.

But I can share the house from January 2010 onwards for a longer period.

I would prefer the person to be from the UK and would be a professional.

The compound is quite big and has a nice swimming pool, well equipped gym, restaurant, Tennis courts, squash courts, shopping buses, school buses etc. The compound is very social and lot of people to see around.

If anyone is interested please pm me with the message and mobile no and I will get back to you.

Regards,
MSK

Hi
I need to rent a furnished or semi-furnished room to share within a compound on monthly basis;
a nearby outside swimming pool is a must.
an additional inside swimming pool would be appreciated.
Internet access ?
Satellite/cable TV access inside the room ?

I am flexible, I do not mind subletting for short or medium terms (it could be 1 month or 3 or 6 months); I travel on monthly or bi-weekly basis, therefore, I don't have to keep it if you're expecting a visitor.

Any idea about the rent ?

Rgds

Hi there,

I work for Deloitte and from the UK, and will be heading to Riyadh this saturday to work full time ultimately, but would be keen to meet up and see the place over the next two weeks if you're free.
